Electronic signature consent

This consent is a draft for attorney review under the ESIGN Act and is not legal advice. Before you sign Form 8879 you agree that Triple Seven Studios LLC may use an electronic signature and electronic records for the return packet.

You may use a paper signature instead by writing to support@tripleseven.studio. Withdrawing this consent later does not undo a packet already signed. You can ask for a paper copy of the packet. We will email a PDF copy to the address on the account when you sign.

To sign you need a device that can display the return, an email account you can open, and a 5-digit self-select PIN. The signature date is the day you submit the form.
